Where do you deliver to?
We currently offer shipping across the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We strive to fulfill our orders within 48 hours of receipt. It may take upto 2-3 weeks for delivery of items shipped directly from our factories overseas.
How can I track the status of my order?
A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Standard Shipping charges are always Free.
Do you offer free shipping?
What shipping carriers do you offer?
Federal Express, DHL, UPS, USPS upon discretion of the shipper.
Cancellation of Shipment
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
We strive to fulfill orders as soon as possible once they have been placed, and for that reason we do not offer order cancellation after it has been placed. Refunds, Returns & Replacement
Before accepting your delivery, please check the contents for any damage incurred while shipping. Powermaster America LLC cannot accept responsibility for damage after the delivery has been accepted.
- Powermaster America accepts returns within 30 days of delivery
- Items must been unused/unopened to be eligible to return.
- Powermaster America will not cover the cost of return shipping of items.
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
