Where do you deliver to?
We currently offer shipping across Asia and to 140+ countries worldwide via our logistics partners.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours. Delivery may take 2–3 weeks for items shipped directly from our factories.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided via email upon shipment. You can use this on our Track Your Order page.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Standard shipping charges are always weight and location based. Final charges are shown at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, under specific conditions and locations as declared from time to time on the site. Check the current offer at checkout.
What shipping carriers do you offer?
A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Carrier details depend on your location and order size.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Before accepting your delivery, please check the contents for any damage incurred while shipping. Powermaster cannot accept responsibility for damage after the delivery has been accepted.

Powermaster accepts returns within 07 days of delivery.
Items must be unused / unopened to be eligible for return.
Powermaster will re-cover the cost of return shipping of items.
Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Package Your Item
Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, with all included accessories and documentation before shipping it back.

Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund (minus restocking fee) will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
