POWERMASTER is the provider of online products displayed on the Platform, which are available for purchase subject to the terms of this Agreement.

POWERMASTER reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement periodically. Any such amendments will be communicated to you via the Platform or by email to the address you provided. The revised Agreement will become effective immediately upon posting or notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Platform.

"User(s)" refers to any individual or business entity that legally operates in India or other countries and is entitled to use the Platform's Services. Users must be capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

By registering or using the Platform, you represent that you have the authority to bind any business entity you represent to this Agreement.

Users are advised to comply with applicable laws while using the Platform. POWERMASTER is not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of the Platform. POWERMASTER reserves the right to terminate your membership or deny access at its sole discretion.

To become a Registered User, you must provide accurate and complete information as required. POWERMASTER will create an account ("Account") and assign a user alias ("User ID") and password ("Password").

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and Password and for all activities conducted under your Account. You must also ensure the security of your personal and non-personal information.

If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

By registering, you consent to the inclusion of your personal and non-personal data in POWERMASTER's database and authorize POWERMASTER to share such information with other users. POWERMASTER may refuse registration or terminate an Account at its discretion.

You agree to provide and maintain accurate information and to update it as necessary. POWERMASTER reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
